Indeed, it is a little old and ill-equipped but we were on holiday and it didn't bother us too much. Also, the pipe noises were there, but it was always at normal times. Moreover, contrary to the comments I read, the neighbours are close but once in the apartment, we no longer heard them (it must be said that we were all trying to be as discreet as possible so as not to disturb the others). The barking of dogs also surrounding, my husband and I were surprised to see so many dogs in apartments, some balconies were decorated with 4 to 5 dogs! Last but not least: the beach is 2 km away, we had taken the bicycles that stayed on the balcony for the whole duration of our stay because the journey is very steep to the beach (which is 5 minutes by car).

The whole is ageing without any particular comfort with old TV and "rustic" SDB kitchen with small bathtub, sink and bidet RAS. The district is undergoing road works; during the whole stay from 8am in the morning, trucks, jackhammers etc.... Too bad! We won't come back to this address.

The fridge hadn't been defrosted for probably long enough and we had to remove an impressive thickness of ice! The first two nights we didn't get much sleep because of the noise of the heating pipes in the room. We reported it on Monday someone did the necessary work. It is a pity that there was work to repair the exterior staircase throughout the week. We were on the 1st floor and we had to slalom between the tools, the tarpaulins, the boards every time we wanted to go in or out of our house, and it was sometimes quite dangerous, and it was especially embarrassing for the workers who had to move their equipment... I am well aware that maintenance work must be done, but I do not understand why we were not assigned a dwelling on the ground floor, given that there was almost no one in the residence.

Once the item was found, we were given a little attention and a surprise invoice (apparently the management fees, about 90, we wonder what they are used for...). During our stay, the reception had only the name of it: little information, friendliness, and concern for the client. The accommodation was as described, a little old but in good condition. For us television didn't work, but that's not why we came, and we didn't want to come back to see the reception. The room is fine, the mattresses are of average quality (my partner had back pain, I had it). No ventilation in the bathroom.

Every morning, woken up at 8am by a man on duty who drags the gas bottles and slams the metal door. In short, once you have paid, all you have to do is suffer.

Our reserved parking space was regularly taken by outsiders who came to the bar or tennis court, and there was also no possibility to buy the bread on the spot, at least one kilometre to find it, in short, bad holidays.

My request for a terrace has been taken into account and the apartment is correct, no damage to the air conditioning: a fan would be welcome. Clean and of good quality.

Very pleasant stay, very friendly welcome. We were opening the campsite on April 11th the first night was cool and then everything was perfect.

Accommodation is correct. The price is more than affordable, however, you should not count on the reception on site.

On the other hand, the maintenance man nothing to say again very helpful in 30 minutes, he fixed everything for us and put on French TV. He was not aware of the concerns we had, so I would say lack of communication between the reception staff and the maintenance staff.

Very good stay under the sun of Rosas. Apartment a little "old-fashioned" but functional. Residence a little far from the city centre.

So we couldn't take advantage of it (only the noise of the concrete mixer and the work our apartment being opposite). On the other hand, it is impossible to access a French channel. Apartments could use a little youthfulness.

There are some small works to see: Faucets-the sink doesn't fit on the wall-the curtains are torn off-the couch mattresses are in very bad shape

I rented an apartment for 4 people. The sofa bed (equivalent to 2 single beds) is not comfortable, especially the part of the underside that can be raised. The apartment is not very new but the ergonomics are satisfactory. Not all the apartments were rented (stay at the beginning of May) and so it was nice to enjoy the terrace. In high season this must be less appreciable because they are opposite each other. Be careful the rental price is attractive, but there are charges!!!!! (I hadn't seen it at first because it's in the'option' section of the description.)

By far the worst holiday rental we've ever had and yet we're not the type to complain about but this BEURK rental. Fortunately, after that, the city and its environment are nice.
