Impeccable, nothing to say... very beautiful environment, perfect place to rest in summer.

The only criticism is that the pool does not allow adults to swim, it is made for children.

We were 4 of us in a 6 places of 40m2, so it was relatively spacious. We benefited from a very fair last minute rate. Large balcony, but no table or chair to eat outside.

Have a great stay. Apartment pleasantly located and not badly equipped. Waiting a little long at the reception when we arrive.

The reception, you have to hear the reception for the keys. The people very pleasant but the waiting time almost 2 hours after 12 hours of driving is a little hard.

One person alone to receive all the arrivals, the poor girl didn't stop. A lot of waiting to get the keys back. Apartment A14 there is a water noise in the WC at all times, forced to close the door. N . . .

No smoke detector, the pillows are filthy. More hot water for 4 people, 2 bulbs out of order, false contact on the TV antenna, damaged radiators, bathroom furniture the bottom of the drawers is to be renovated, little crockery, no lid for the stoves, no bell for the microwave, black mould in the toilet, door between the dining room sunk in 4 places, the bathroom door has difficulty closing.

The welcome is not special but correct. The housing has a good configuration but the black point is that it is dirty and there is little equipment. For example 1 single skin with the broken handle in . . .

not great for the accommodation I would have been better off in a hotel radiator that does not work no internet connection defective shower tap no space to park a pv as a bonus

10 euros per night for a small one is quite expensive! ! Reception hall sad. we prefer the hamlet of Le Puy.

We had to use the emergency number because we shortened our stay for a serious family health problem and the receptionists at 11pm we were understanding and we thank them again!

THE MONALISA RESIDENCE IS VERY WELL LOCATED, THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS AND FUNCTIONAL, THE TEAM IS REMARKABLE AND AT THE SERVICE OF THE RESIDENTS... TO RECOMMEND

the 23m² of the studio is very well organized in a large warm room that manages to give an impression of space (for a maximum of 3 people: the cot is attached to the adult sofa bed). the studio is clean and in good condition. It gives directly to the outside, facing the slopes which allows you not to feel trapped in the (very ugly) bar of the Devoluy Roofs. On the other hand, we are'on the way' of the night owls, it sometimes wakes us up. Don't plan on watching television: it is tiny and dates back to long before DTT. A toaster and dishwasher would also have been appreciated.

Be careful the dishwasher is a twelve place setting but you only have 4 place settings!!!!

Functional and spacious apartment at the foot of the slopes and shops. Calm and sunny. Just a few kitchen utensils were missing... and coat racks in the hallway.
