Very uncomfortable living room mattresses, a hook for kitchen towels would be nice as well as more cutlery, including "cutting" knives.

Have a great stay at La Norma station.

The accommodation is given for 10 people but would not be comfortable for 10. There were only 8 of us and the table was already a little short for 8. Only 2 chairs and 2 benches on which 2 x 3 peopl . . .

We had to wash a large part of the dishes when we arrived: very dirty plates, glasses and cutlery; leftover food... On the inventory of fixtures, it is requested to make the windows at the departure of the tenants. We did not do them. They were very dirty when we arrived. All 3 rooms are correct. Storage cupboards, that's nice. We also appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. We did not use blankets or duvets that did not seem very clean to us. The 2 rooms overlooking the street are a little noisy, poorly soundproofed. Suitable equipment: dishes, dishwasher, microwave, small oven; efficient vacuum cleaner. We were given only one set of keys (again, it's a bit short when there are many of us). Waiting a little long when we arrive to get the keys. Only 2 people who had to answer the phone, give the information, the linen... ! to all the holidaymakers who arrive at almost the same time. The apartment is well located in the station.

A family resort that deserves to be known. Super accommodation at the foot of the slopes No cars on the road; Many activities for children.

The apartment was very good and functional (you just have to fix the cooking plate which is not stable).

CLEANING NOT DONE UNDER THE BEDS & UNDER THE SOFA. MORE GLASSWARE WILL BE A PLUS AS WELL AS A SMALL DISHWASHER....

Super nice welcome. Small quiet resort. On the other hand, the state of the premises is pathetic, especially for the handing over of the keys. (no one at the reception desk).

A single frying pan and three small pots of the same diameter.... Dusty blankets and two pillows at the end of their life. No furniture on the balcony while the other apartments have furniture. Provide clothes pegs for the dryer. Otherwise very pleasant sunny stay. The resort has a beautiful playground for young children. We'll probably come back.

However, we were fortunate to have a polite, friendly and helpful team that welcomed us and lent us a microwave!
