Saint François is an ideal "medium" resort for "post-beginner" skiers: there are many beautiful and easy blue slopes, which will allow you to evolve quickly. On the other hand, the "large domain" package allows you to access Valmorel, which is also a nice but more expensive resort! The off-piste also seems not bad (not able to verify it given the snow conditions) and the young people will be able to "manage the people". Of course the panoramas are superb.
